Description:
Our Software department is currently searching for 1 extra talented support/test engineer. This tool is used by around 2.000 customers in Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxemburg and France. As the product is becoming the 'Standard' in architectural/engineering offices abroad (also), we need to reinforce our support team.
Function:
You will integrated the support team of ArchX who is in charge of:
- helping the customers by solving their (technical & functional) problems (mostly remote)
- installing & updating the software
- testing continually the new functions
- defining new functional requirements (with sales team)
Profile:
- Professional Bachelor ICT
- Profesionnal experience: ideally 6 months in programming & 6 months in helpdesk/support
- Technical skills: good knowledge of windows operating systems: clients/server (mac/linux are an asset), good knowledge of sql, good knowledge of office (word, excel, outlook)
- Personal skills: analytical, excellent communicator, proactive, team-worker
- Languages: customers have to be supported in Dutch, English and French
